Arapahoe County is seeking proposals for Construction Management, Inspection and Quality Assurance Material Testing Services for two projects:

The Tempe Roundabout project. The Work generally consists of the construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Tempe St and Future Belleview Ave. Multiple utility relocations will need to be coordinated as part of the Work.
The Arapahoe Buckley project. The Work generally consists of the construction of a 3/4 turn intersection and the extension of the eastbound to northbound turn lanes at Buckley Rd and Arapahoe Road.

Both projects are a federally funded for the construction portion. Both projects will be run independently of each other for documentation purposes to meet all local, state, and federal requirements.
