Description

Overview
The City of Aspen Purchasing office has issued a request for proposals for cleaning services for the City of Aspen Water Treatment Plant buidings. The Water Treatment Plant is a secure facility located at 500 Doolittle Drive in Aspen, Colorado.

General Requirements

Provide cleaning labor, materials, equipment and supplies.
Carry various insurance policies that satisfy the City’s requirements.
Have a current license to do business in Aspen.
Be compliant with CRS 8-15.5-101 and 24-76.5-101 relating to the employment of and contracting with illegal aliens to perform work under this contract. See the Professional Services Agreement (attachment A) for more information.
Two-year agreement with one (1) one-year option to renew.

Proposals must be compiled into a single Word or PDF document and submitted through the Bidnet Direct website, www.bidnetdirect.com or delivered to Purchasing, City of Aspen, 130 S. Galena Street, Aspen, Colorado 81611.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00pm, February 12, 2018 in order to be considered. The City cannot accept faxed or emailed proposals.
