PL12192018 - City of Golden Home Rehabilitation Program for 2019 - 2021

The City of Golden is seeking an agency with an existing, demonstrably successful case managed home rehabilitation program that helps low and moderate income households maintain, repair or rehabilitate existing structures. The City is interested in a fund allocation for the purpose of helping Golden residents or workers maintain or repair their homes to enhance living conditions and improve life safety, as well as make any needed accessibility modifications. The project budget is estimated to be approximately $25,000 in 2019 with a similar or greater amount authorized annually for budget years 2020 and 2021. The City of Golden seeks a partner for a three year contractual agreement.
