The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9028. The Work consists of a
renovation of the Customer Service Counter area to create a more secure work environment for
City Staff. The work area is approximately 500 SF and includes removing portions of existing
cabinets, counter tops, flooring and other finishes. The new build-out includes wall framing,
drywall, cabinetry, tops, glazing, doors & hardware, flooring, painting, electrical and mechanical
to complete the work per the bid documents.
