Description

The City of Boulder is seeking a consultant to support the City of Boulder-Xcel Energy partnership by providing engagement and facilitation services for advisory panel and working group activities. To ensure successful execution of the Advisory Panel and Working Group efforts, the city is seeking to secure facilitation and engagement services. The successful contractor will work with the city and Xcel Energy to develop meeting agendas, prepare meeting materials, facilitate Panel/working group discussions and document results. The contractor will also guide and support broader community engagement efforts to include surveys, focus groups and interviews.
