This is a rebid of 11023A City Wide Mailing Services Only.

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to the purchase of mail and presorting services for City Agencies. Mailing services are defined as those services, which are normally a part of a mail services shop which include but not limited to variable data, inserting, and collating mail and in compliance with United States Postal Service (USPS) National Change of Address (NCOALinkTM) program. Vendor must also be Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certified.
