The purpose of this bid is to establish a maintenance contract for all Weld County Cisco equipment to support the existing equipment within the Weld County voice infrastructure environment. Weld County seeks to establish a maintenance contract with a Cisco authorized reseller that will provide a one-year premium support maintenance contract for our Cisco equipment. ONLY CISCO BRANDED SMARTNET MAINTENANCE, alternate brands will not be accepted. See attached notice for specifications.
