Bids shall be submitted electronically to bids@cityofloveland.org with the bidder’s name and the project title included in the subject line of the email. Bids not received on or before the deadline set forth on the Invitation to Bid shall not be considered.
Any bid arriving after the deadline will not be considered. Responsibility for timely submitted and routing of bids prior to recording lies solely with the bidder. Please be aware that the City internal email server scans all emails with attachments and delays the receipt of those emails by up to 4 minutes so plan your time of the submittal accordingly.
