Colorado Mesa University “University, CMU” seeks proposals from qualified vendors “Contractor, Offeror” to provide a Ticketing, Donor, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution(s) for the University with cutting-edge technology and customization abilities. The solution must meet the requirements listed on the following pages (or approved equivalent) in order to support functionality of the University.
The University currently utilizes Audience View/University Tickets for its Athletics and Performing Arts event ticket management software solution. Currently, University tickets 13 NCAA sports, 2 Club sports across 9 venues and Performing Arts tickets several campus venues with multiple annual performances. CMU is currently building a new

state of the art theater to showcase national performances alongside University productions. The new theatre complex will be the only venue of its kind between Denver and Salt Lake City, seating 850 patrons and hosting a 150-person event space/gallery, allowing CMU to host touring companies and performers to expand offerings for our region. The ticketing needs for the new venue in addition to the incumbent ticketing solution contract expiration provide the necessity of a timely solution selection through this RFP process. The University anticipates selection and contract execution prior to June 30, 2024
