Description

With the issuance of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the National Western Center Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting a developer to enter into Exclusive Negotiations of a ground sublease and other agreements to develop a parking garage and other complementary uses (“Developer”) on approximately four fifths (4/5ths) of an acre of land located north of the Central Utility Plant (“CUP”) (the “Site”) at the new 250-acre multi-purpose National Western Center Campus (the “NWC Campus”).
