Description

The intent of this project is to construct a Suite for the Audit Office located on the third floor of the Administration Building. Currently the Audit Office occupies one room, ADM 305B. The plans are to create a three room Suite from ADM 305B and the adjacent room ADM 306. Room 306 is currently part of the Human Resources Suite. By adding Room 306 to the Audit Suite, this causes additional construction needs in the Human Resources Suite. These additional construction items are also included in this project. See Construction Plans and Specifications. This project shall be substantially complete, on or before January 1, 2020.
