Firms planning to attend the pre-proposal meeting should notify Tim Friday by
Wednesday, February 20, 2019 and provide the firm’s main contact information as
well as the number of people from their team who will be attending. Knowledge gained
from this site visit must be taken into consideration during the planning, design and
construction of the Admin and Customer Service Building and ancillary facilities. In an
effort to make this a smooth and timely process, we ask that only Design Consultants
seriously considering submitting a proposal participate in the pre-proposal meeting.
During the meeting, Castle Rock Water staff will provide a project overview and review
of the proposal requirements. Oral or written questions discussed at the briefing will be
answered by Addendum and emailed to the contacts provided by each firm.
Attendance is mandatory for firms planning to submit a proposal and any information
conveyed at this pre-proposal briefing will be considered part of the RFP.
