24-11370B-FM - CMA Modular Furniture Design and Installation - ARPA

The County had evaluated the space within the Human Services Building and it was determined the best way to accommodate the 70 new employees was to provide workstations and hotel workspaces for the existing 38 + 70 employees, all of which will work a hybrid schedule of one day in the office and three days remote. To accommodate these work schedules, and the scheduled and unscheduled office visits, the County is looking to purchase:

Area B -         (20) Twenty 42”H x 48” W hoteling stations with wheeled cushioned top pedestals and (20) twenty task chairs.

Area C -         (16) Sixteen 58”H X 30” W and 58”H x 60”W 90-degree workstations with wheeled cushioned top pedestals and (16) sixteen task chairs.
and
                       (4) Four 58”H x 30” W and 58”H x 60” W 90-degree workstations with wheeled cushioned top pedestals and (8) eight task chairs.
                      

The work includes, but is not limited to, design, delivery and installation of Haworth systems furniture or equivalent. The furniture should have the same appearance and be interchangeable/reconfigurable with Haworth Compose furniture systems line. The colors and products listed for the modular furniture are from the Haworth line and all alternatives proposed should have the same appearance, durability and color. The task chairs are from the HON furniture line and alternatives proposed should have the same general appearance, durability and color.  Jefferson County reserves the right to determine if any equivalent proposed furniture is approved or rejected.  Quotes are to be provided by Area.
