This bid is for the removal of fencing and concrete at the Clerk and Recorder building located at 1250 H Street, Greeley, CO 80631. It will include the over excavation of the parking area and replacement of deficient subgrade materials. Concrete channels, sidewalks and parking areas will be re-poured and stripped. Colored concrete will be placed in certain areas.
