CEV Multimedia LLC owns the copyright and solely operates the services on icevonlne.com, which offer trade certification courses, business, manufacturing, finance, media, and other educational services. The online licenses are utilized for correctional rehabilitation and educational programs, providing resources and certification course. No other known company or business offers the services available from CEV Multimedia LLC that meet the departments needs.
This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or any objections to the determination that CEV Multimedia LLC, is the sole source from which to purchase icevonline.com access and licenses. Any such comments and/or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
