Description

Pitkin County is soliciting for bids for the purchase and delivery of bulk unleaded fuel, diesel fuel, and DEF at various County locations as detailed in the included RFP documents. The successful proposer will be awarded based on cost, approach to and guarantees of delivery, emergency and communication planning, and references from current customers of similar size and scope. Proposed pricing must be based on June 17, 2020 "Rack" index following the OPIS prices. Deliveries to Airport Fueling Station will require an escort by Airport Ops personnel into secure areas; no Airport security badging required of individual drivers.
