Description

The City of Lakewood (the “City”) is seeking qualified individuals or entities (“Respondents”) to submit proposals for building plan review services to supplement City staff plan review. The City has an intermittent need to provide timely review of building plans for conformance with adopted codes. This need exists when building plan submittals exceed the capacity of existing City staff to meet service desires or when existing city staff does not have the technical expertise required for the specific plan review.
