CCCS is a state agency and utilizes the ColoradoVSS system (www.colorado.gov/vss) for posting and as the official means of communications. Vendors must be registered with ColoradoVSS prior to submission deadline in order to be considered responsive.
We want you to help us rebrand for public-facing communications to ensure consistency in the look, tone, and content of our messaging. We want a brand that resonates with Colorado residents, that is adapted for various marketing channels, uses colors that are bold but easy to use for web, print, T-shirts, etc., and most importantly reflective of higher education. We want our voice and tone to be authentic, relatable, and human. We want to appeal to our target audience’s thoughts, emotions, and feelings (students, policy makers, and the business community). We are NOT wanting to toot our horn or come across as a stuffy academic entity that is outdated. This will be a concept-to-completion production.
