Scope of Work to be Performed – To analyze and improve upon the District’s use of banking and financial services with the delivery of the most appropriate products and services that will enhance the District’s operations and reporting. This includes banking and financial systems; the District financial reporting requirements and the District’s continued use of a Controlled Disbursement account, if this service is still recommended in today’s economic environment.

The goal of this RFP is to seek out the financial institution that is best suited to provide the following banking products and services to the District at a competitive pricing; one that will work in combination with Oracle Cloud to improve efficiencies and save time.
