CI 2020-011 - BELFORD AVENUE PHASE 2 PROJECT

Separate sealed bids for BELFORD AVENUE PHASE 2 PROJECT; CI 2020-011 will be received by the Owner, Douglas County Government, Department of Public Works Engineering, Philip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 220, Castle Rock, CO 80104, until Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.  This project consists of  the removal and replacement of the eastern limits of Belford Avenue to Peoria Street in Douglas County.
 
The Contract Documents will be available after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2020, through Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System Website (www.rockymountainbidsystem.com) or they may be obtained at the above address. Electronic versions of the Plans obtained by any other means than as described above may not be complete or accurate, and it is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain a complete set of the Project Plans and Specifications. Douglas County will not be held responsible for misinformation received from private plan rooms.
 
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at the Department of Public Works Engineering, Philip S. Miller Building, 100 Third Street, Suite 220, Castle Rock, CO  80104. All questions are due to Daniel Roberts, P.E., Project Engineer by 12:00p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020. The Bid Opening will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at the same address.

• 15,616 sq. yd. 9-inch Concrete Pavement
• 7,659 Ln. Ft. of Concrete Curb and Gutter
• 5,216 tons Aggregate Base Course
• Sprinkler Work
• 438 SF Pavement Marking
