DPW is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced petroleum engineers to provide a site evaluation and subsequently recommend upgrade requirements to the current fuel operations. The review will encompass the physical infrastructure and operating (and leak monitoring) systems. The operating system currently being used is the Petro Vend, Phoenix OPW version 2.0. This software operates on a stand-alone Windows 7 machine at Akers (DPW). It is anticipated that the likely recommendation will either be a completely new, or at least current version of the same software.
