Abatement Project Design/Bidding, Administration, and Air Monitoring services
DCSD is seeking proposals from qualified firms in accordance with the specifications here in to provide Abatement Project Design/Bidding, Administration, and Air Monitoring services for an asbestos abatement project at Ponderosa High School during the summer of 2019.
PHS is a large public high school located in Parker, Colorado. During the summer of 2019, significant areas of PHS will have flooring replaced. The above-mentioned flooring project will require the removal of non-friable asbestos containing materials (ACM). DCSD has managed known ACM under a Management Plan, as required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). In order for flooring to be replaced at PHS, approximately 40,000 square feet of mastic and floor tile will require abatement by a licensed asbestos abatement contractor.
Statewide
