The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms to provide on call property acquisition and construction related right-of-way (ROW) service to support a variety of public construction projects. The services required will include but are not limited to property acquisition and relocation, the acquisition of easements and temporary easements and securing utility relocation agreements as well as other professional services related to the construction of public projects. The selected firm is needed to provide RFTA with these professional services on an as needed basis for the next five (5) years. The Solicitation documents will be available September 10, 2020.
