Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), is seeking to prequalify at least three (3) architectural design firms interested in designing a 56,000 SF +/-Alternative Sentencing Facility on the County Jail Campus @ 3200 Airport Road, Boulder Colorado, 80301 through this Solicitation of Qualifications (SOQ) process. The architectural firms shortlisted from the SOQ will be invited to submit a proposal for architectural services. Each interested firm shall submit information outlined in the specifications.
