2024 - 05 PW - Architect and Engineering Services - New Justice Center and Public Works

The City of Lone Tree hereby invites qualified firm(s) and/or individuals (Professional Services Providers) interested in providing Design and Engineering (A/E) services to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Police / Court Facility (“Justice Center”) and a Public Works Facility (collectively the “Project”). The Owner desires to retain a highly qualified, capable firm(s) to act as the Architect throughout the planning, design, and construction of the complete Facilities. The Architect and sub consultants will be expected to collaborate in a transparent ad efficient manner with the City and Owner’s Representative, the Artaic Group.
