El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Consultants to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for Active Directory for the Digital, Strategy, and Technology Department. Work is anticipated to be completed between July 1, 2024 and September 1, 2025. The Consultant will be expected to submit more substantive information and a detailed timeline in the second phase of the solicitation process. The Microsoft Active Directory (AD) Project for the El Paso County (EPC) Digital, Strategy and Technology department is a large and complex project that will be executed in phases. The project aims to assess, recommend, and implement a new instance of AD and a .GOV domain in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Part of the business case for this project is the shift from a .COM to a .GOV domain. This will require providing a detailed Organizational Change Management plan for all EPC stakeholders.
