The Colorado School of Mines seeks bids for Audio Visual (AV) Production of Commencement Ceremonies, Freshman Convocation, and large-scale campus events throughout the school year as needed.

Colorado School of Mines (Mines) celebrates Mines’ graduates during four (4) Commencement ceremonies throughout the school year.
The initial term of this contract is anticipated to be for a period commencing as soon as possible after an agreement has been reached, and ending one (1) year per the date of executed signature. Should Mines require these same services after that initial agreed contract time, the contract may be extended for up to an additional four (4) years in annual increments for a total term of five (5) years.
