On behalf of AACMD, Adams County is submitting this RFQ / IFB solicitation for Land Development Construction Services. All information is to be reviewed per the attached documents and all questions to AACMD representative. Instruction to Bidder documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager, Contour Services LLC. Contact the Construction Manager via email
at rodney@contourservices.com for access to the Instruction to Bidder
documents.

Electronic transfer of Project Proposal and Prequalification Documents must
be submitted and received by the Construction Manager at
rodney@contourservices.com on or before 2:00 p.m. MST on June 6, 2019.

The District will accept companies that represent best capabilities to perform
contracting services to District. The District reserves the right to waive
irregularities in any proposal and prequalification documents.
