The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking proposals to provide professional engineering design services to complete a Water System Master Plan in Gypsum, Colorado. The scope of the proposal is to provide an engineer’s report identifying needs and recommending alternative solutions for the future needs of the Gypsum potable water treatment and distribution system. Planning components should include, but are not limited to:

Update to the existing water model.
Future condition projections.
Evaluation of existing potable water system capabilities.
Alternatives identification, analysis, cost estimates, and recommendations.
Implementation plan.
Proposed cost for the work.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be 10 pages or less (double sided) on 8½" x 11" sheets. Title page, cover letter, project experience and personnel resumes are not included in the page count. Use of 11" x 17" sheets are counted as two pages.

Submit one electronic version of the proposal and quote in PDF format via email. Alternatively, proposals may be submitted via PDF on flash drive by mail or delivery to the physical location no later than the closing date listed above.

Proposals shall include the quoted price as well as information regarding the company, including past project experience with water systems design and evaluation.
