1127-824.HBP - 2024 On-Call-HBP Paving Services

During the course of normal maintenance and minor street/utility projects, the Public Works Department occasionally requires services deemed urgent and/or beyond the capabilities of “in-house” resources. 
The Town intends to create a roster of qualified Contractors willing to contract with the Town of Eaton on an as-needed basis and to establish in advance the unit pricing for compensation of such services.
No minimum amount of work is implied or guaranteed under this Invitation. 
By seeking Bids from Contractors, the Town does not represent that it will utilize the Contractor's services or that it will utilize the Contractor’s services any guaranteed number of times over the course of the year.
