Piggyback Contract

Description

The City of Lone Tree seeks to contract with a qualified contractor to provide custodial services
for City facilities with 3 levels of service cost options starting January 1, 2021, as more fully
described in Section 1- Scope of Services. The contract may be renewed annually up to 4
additional years at the City’s discretion. All of contractor employees must pass a background
check as well as hold a CJIS certification when working in the Municipal Building, Police
Substation, and Civic Center. The City would prefer to use a custodial contractor that does not
use subcontractors.
