19-PCAP-01 - 2019 PAVEMENT CONDITION ASSESSMENT PLAN

The Town of Lyons is in need of an inventory and condition assessment of their street network, including a summary of maintenance and rehabilitation or replacement recommendations. The contractor will use information gathered during the assessment to develop a Pavement Condition Assessment Plan (PCAP) that prioritizes opportunities for improvements to the Town’s roadways. The PCAP should include projected cost estimates for the various proposed solutions and plan out capital improvements and prioritize them out to the year 2025.
