A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Golden Public Works Building at 1045 10th Street, Golden, CO 80401. Representatives of the ENGINEER and CITY will be present to discuss the Project. Attendance is required, and Bids will only be accepted by Bidders who are listed as having attended the pre-bid conference. ENGINEER will post, to the CITY’s website, Addenda as ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.

Bids must be submitted to the Public Works Building at 1445 10th Street, Golden, CO 80401. Bids should be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope, marked with the Project title and name and address of the Bidder and accompnaied by the Bid security and other required documents. If the Bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" on the face of it.
