Provide all labor, equipment and materials for HMA Overlay 1 1/2" - 21/2", Striping projects. Approximate quantities include 86,000 SY Full Mill; 11,300 Tons HMA; 2,800 SY Mill Patch; 37,000 SF Modified Epoxy (Recess); 1,450 LF 24" Tape (Recess). The term shall be for one fiscal year (Jan 1 - Dec 31), with the option to extend the cerm of the contract for up to two additional fiscal years. Anticipated start date is June, 2018 with approximately 85 working days allowed for completion.
