DCSD is seeking firm bid prices to provide general janitorial services for two (2) of its
Buildings. These locations are listed in Exhibit A with the cleaning square footage listed for each
Location. Please complete Exhibit A and return with your proposal. The workforce that can be
dedicated to each location, the total employee pay per location, the estimated equipment fees,
and markup/business fees should be listed in Exhibit A to reach the total monthly price. This
should not include supplies. General janitorial services may include but are not limited to:
cleaning of classrooms, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, stairs, common areas,
gymnasiums, locker rooms, weight rooms, employee break rooms and any other areas designated
by DCSD. Specific areas of responsibility can be found in Exhibits B, C, and D.
