Specifications include, but are not limited to: The roof section at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport Terminal is approximately 7,480 square feet in area. The rooftop area also includes 2 rooftop air conditioning units, 2 large exhaust fans, 1 small exhaust fan, 3 roof drains and 1 gas line. Routt County intends to complete the replacement of the roof membrane to provide a neat, clean, watertight protection for long term use. Base price shall include extending the membrane up all parapet walls to the parapet cap where siding is deteriorating due to exposure to the elements and reusing existing flashing except as needed. Pricing in also requested for replacement of all flashing. Roof drains will be replaced on an as needed basis
