Specifications include, but are not limited to: Internet Service Providers interested in entering into a Public-Private- Partnership Agreement for the purpose of serving as joint applicants with the Towns and County for Federal ReConnect Grant Funding. Interested parties are requested to provide a proposal in the final form of a Public-Private-Partnership Agreement containing the following terms of Agreement to be considered for approval by the Towns and County; To provide up to 25% cash match as stipulated in grant requirements; To assist in grant application preparation including final design engineering for last mile service; To ensure high speed broadband will be accessible for all internet end users in both towns and the county; To assume operational control of the construction, ownership and management of the fiberbroadband network within both towns and the county; To enable co-ownership benefits of the fiber-optic line itself such that recurring revenue will be accrued to both towns and the county; And to ensure compliance with grant policies, procedures and evaluation requirements published in the Federal Register - Funding Opportunity Announcement - Vol. 86, No. 203, October 25, 2021;
