Vendor Name: CBS - Colorado; Last year we entered into this same contracted service for linear (broadcast) and streaming advertising. The purpose was for recruiting across the State of Colorado for all CSP career streams. This provider has unique programming targeting the key demographics that have been most successful for us in the past for applicants, including high-profile sports, military syndicated programming, key personalities (e.g. Coach Prime) and toprated evening programming. They are also the sole provider for Broncos games with streaming available to hit viewers statewide. We would receive 300 ad units, reaching 3 million unique viewers with both broadcast and streaming per ad. With our out of state waiver in place, this provider would also be able to reach border areas in Wyoming, Utah and Kansas. There would be bonus PSAs run as available and the ability to adjust type of position (e.g. trooper vs. emergency disptacher) as we receive four unique PSAs to match each possible position.
