1. Fire Suppression: Install a new, code compliant fire suppression system, including reconfiguring mechanical room to accommodate fire riser 2. Toilet Rooms: upgrade existing Women’s and Men’s toilet rooms and add one ADA accessible toilet room, if Alternate #4 not accepted 3. Remove all existing acoustic ceiling tiles and light fixtures, while keeping existing grid system, to accommodate for the installation of adequate & energy efficient insulation in the ceiling space and ensure compliant vents, duct work, electrical and gas piping. 4. Lighting: replace existing lighting with new LED lighting 5. Column Surrounds: remove existing decorative wood column surrounds and refinish existing 6. Electrical: Upgrade building electrical to current code requirements 7. Main Entry: modify existing main entry stair, ramp and landings to meet current ADA requirements 8. Flooring: Remove existing flooring carpet at entry corridor and provide new floor finish
