This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a Base Contract with the potential of four (4) Optional Years, totaling five (5) years overall.
This is a Firm, Fixed Price contract for services to clean and sanitize, and pick up trash in and around the recreation site vault and flush toilet facilities and maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance, within the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest, in Colorado. Amendment 0001 Provides clarification to the size of the vault at each location.
Amendment 0002 Provides answer to a question of water availability at facility locations.
