RFQ-JB-2022-0000000022 - Removal of existing floor tile and Installation of new tile

In two restrooms and a corridor inside an enclosed clubhouse building remove 621 square feet of existing floor tile and 148 linear feet of baseboard tile, as well as supply and install new baseboard tile and commercial grade non-skid concrete (or comparable) tile. Because the job site is located within the City of Centennial, CO any and all necessary permits must be obtained. Protection and care must be taken for all grass, sprinkler systems, sidewalks, parking lot and lights in the area.
