In a 20' x 15' space pour concrete pad and install a single-tier Rectangular Hip 24-gauge steel shelter having a powder coat finish. Because the job site is located within the City of Centennial, CO any and all necessary permits must be obtained. Protection and care must be taken for all grass, sprinkler systems, sidewalks, parking lot and lights in the area. The concrete pad must have proper water drainage.
