The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and accompanying drawings and specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to renovate approximately 352 square feet of an existing restroom facility located to the north of the Grandstands at the Routt County Fairgrounds. The Routt County Fairgrounds is located at 398 Poplar Street in Hayden, Colorado. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County Construction Contract by June 6th, 2025 with project completion by August 7th, 2025
