21-047 - COVID 19 Testing Services

RFTA desires to implement an on-site COVID 19 Testing Service at its two vehicle maintenance facilities. The testing will be for approximately 90 unvaccinated employees, as well as any other employees experiencing symptoms
RFTA has two vehicle maintenance facilities. One facility is located at 51 Service Center Drive, Aspen, CO 81611,near the Aspen Airport Business Center. The other facility is located at 2307 Wulfsohn Road, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. The successful proposer proposal would need to coordinate with RFTA to identify suitable locations in or outside of the facilities to conduct COVID-19 tests on RFTA employees.
Because RFTA operates nearly 24-7-365, tests would need to be conducted three days per week at both the Aspen and Glenwood maintenance facilities (Mon., Wed., Friday, eight hours per day, from 5 a.m. – 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.) in order to ensure that all unvaccinated employees are tested a minimum of one time per week.
The successful proposer must also provide a solution, such as a mobile application or software that is installed and used on a computer, that is capable of notifying employees via text and/or e-mail the results of their tests, as well as notifying the RFTA Human Resources Department which employees have been tested and what the results of their tests are. The Proposer mush also provide a database with historical testing data that can be accessible by the RFTA Human Resources Department.
