RFTA requires various Background Check Services, including Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), Criminal and Background Checks by state, county and nationwide, reference check and Employment Verification for pre-employment screening. RFTA currently employs 360 people year-round, with an additional 50 seasonal workers for the November – March winter ski season. Contractor must provide accurate reports within a reasonable time following request, assist with questions, or research any issues that might come up while reviewing a report.
