Rio Blanco County Road (CR) 4 Bridge Rehab, Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Project No. BRO CM910-010 Construction Project Code No. 24959.  This project is located on CR 4 on Rio Blanco County right-of-way in the County of Rio Blanco, Colorado crossing the White River.  Construction will take place entirely within the Rio Blanco County’s right-of-way.  Construction specifications will follow the “2022 Colorado Department of Transportation’s Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction”.  Project Special Revisions and Standard Provisions applicable to this project are included with the Bid Package.
