All Bidders are required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit. The Mandatory Site Visit will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. MT.
All Bidders attending the Mandatory Site Visit will meet at the:
Rio Blanco County Justice Center
Sheriff’s Conference Room.
355 4th Street, Meeker, Colorado 81648
After the Respondents have signed and provided proper contact information at the Mandatory Site Visit, the Project Coordinator will review the RFP Documents and go over any clarifications. The Respondents will then meet at the Project Location to go over the site conditions.
All questions asked at the Mandatory Site visit will be documented and formally answered in an Addendum issued by the Project Coordinator.
