2022OlatheInnovation - Olathe Innovation Center Remodel and Renovation

Region 10 League for Economic Assistance and Planning (Region 10) is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from teams that are capable of providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for the Remodel and Refurbishment of the existing structure located at 300 Hap Court, Olathe, CO.  The completed project will provide the surrounding communities with a business support center and commercial kitchen incubator.  The successful bidder will deliver an innovative, highly efficient design and construction project that utilizes construction techniques and materials that promote fiscal responsibility while sustaining a Building that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
