RFP-2024-W-001 - RFP-2024-W-001 Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Plan

The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (“District”) is requesting written Proposals from firms interested, experienced and knowledgeable in providing consulting services for a District wide water service line materials inventory project and replacement plan for the public and private service lines within the boundaries of the Pueblo West Metropolitan District. The Primary goal of the project is to address specific requirements in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency National Primary Drinking Water Regulation – Revised Lead and Copper Rule under the Safe Drinking Water Act to protect public health from infrastructure containing lead materials. The initial term for services will begin on or about April 1, 2024 and terminate on December 31, 2024, or earlier if the inventory is submitted to CDPHE by the October 16, 2024 deadline.
