The Pueblo West Metropolitan District (the “District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional surveying individuals or firms, licensed in the State of Colorado, who can support general surveying service needs throughout the District on an ‘as needed’ basis. Services may include but are not limited to: checking subdivision and parcel maps for compliance; determining locations of property lines, boundaries, easements and rights-of-ways; establish and adjust benchmarks; establishing and monument street center lines and right-of-way lines; traditional topographic surveys and aerial topographic surveys to determine locations and elevations of existing improvements, structures, and topographic features; performing research and survey work related to property divisions and mergers, including preparation of exhibits and legal descriptions; performing research and survey work related to public and private land ownership, public and private easements, public improvements, construction staking, and historic information; peer reviews as needed for survey plats, legal descriptions and deeds prepared by other surveyors; preparation of Elevation Certificates; delivery of digital (GIS shapefile) and hard copy of work conducted for integration into the District’s GIS database; and to otherwise assist the District in completing selected projects.
